Points: 2.30 Donate | | | Antivirus Suggestions My free trial of Windows live onecare has expired so I need to "buy" *cough* *cough* a new anti virus but I'm not sure which one is good for my computer because I only have 256mb of ram which sucks cause its very slow and i need an anti virus that wont slow it down anymore does anybody know any?

Extremly low ram useage, and an excilent program overall. And it's free (after using your email to get the code)!
@pspkillsds, adaware is not anti-virus, although it does get a few of them. It is really anti-spyware only.

Points: 2.30 Donate | | | Ok i did some searching around the forum (which i should of done before making this thread) and I found out that a good anti virus is Avast! antivirus and I kind of like it cause it doesn't slow down my computer at all and it found 2 Trojans that Windows live onecare didn't find before.

Points: 0.04 Donate | | Get AVG Anti-virus. The sofware is great and doesn't slow down the computer. Even when scanning for virus in the background, you can use your computer well and won't freeze on you or slow down. Even just getting the free version is good and doesn't expire.   |

Points: 491.83 Donate | | | Alrighty, I suggest you use ZoneAlarm and Avast! to help block virus's/hackers, then for Virus's use XoftSpy SE, Adware SE Personal, AVG Anti-Virus 7.1, and of course Avast!.
I mostly use XoftSpy SE and Avast!, XoftSpy SE scans SUPER Fast and detects ALOT of the bad stuff. | |
