I am going to high school to abide by the United States Truancy laws.

I went to a tech-school for desktop publishing my senior year. I learned how to design newsletters, posters,brochures etc. That's how I learned Photoshop and Illustrator.

I am a music major. I wanna be a music teacher and I wanna teach high school band. I play the Trombone and the Drums. Mostly marching drums. I looooove marching band and marching on a drumline!

im currently a high school sophomore, but i "PLAN" on going to college for 3d modeling and animation, i would like to model and animate for video games. i hate though's commercials that colleges make for game design though, they make it look like just because you play games 24/7 you can make a career out of it.

Going to a technical university and studying computer science. Hopefully I can graduate in a year and be done with school. It's stressing me out waaaaay too much...

I am currently a student at the University of California at San Diego. I am a chemistry major, and I work as an analytical researcher at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography. I also do the odd networking jobs here and there, and run the netowork backup system for my group along with the sign-up sheet for our equipment. Though I love all subjects, chemistry is my favorite because when I was about 7, my mother's best friend showed me how to make a small bomb by splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen, and containing it in a balloon. 3 weeks later, I improved on this using a pure oxygen and distilled mouthwash (mostly evaporated alcohol, distilled to about 98% purity) mixture with some cobalt chloride to make the flames purple. Electronics is a secondary hobby that my dad got me interested in. I hope to eventualy work in food science after college, seeing as how cooking is my third hobby and I find this to be the best conbination of everything I love to do. Spelling is not something I am good at, but I read about a book every day or two, more when my computer is down for repairs.

@ dq9: I've been playing the trombone for many years and used to do side jobs with the LA Philharmonic as a temporary third chair when they needed one. The rest of the time, I just played with my local bands. They had much more fun (and more drinks )

psplaya is Australian - not USAian lol. In some states schooling is complusory at different ages. In my State im 15 (same as the rest) in Year 10.

I'm trying to get good marks to join the Air Force and become an FA18 Hornet fighter pilot.
