Im going to china tomorrow and im gona get a shit load of BB guns. Am i allowed to bring them back to canada? O and is it even legal to own bb guns in canada? |

Points: 26.90 Donate | | | not sure of Canadian law, but in the USA, you can in check in (do NOT do carry-on) guns if you are over the age of 25 and sign a waver form, plus notify the airline and have a few background checks ran on you. As for owning a BB gun, that changes from state to state but I belive in California you must be 16 or older.
Someone correct me if any of this is wrong.

Points: 461,099.83 Donate | | | BB gun's are not illegal to own in Canada, but to buy one you must be over the age of 18. Walmart sells them here in BC, along with other various gun shops.
I am pretty sure that you will have to declare them to customs when you get into Canada.
