With the Generic Downgrader, you did use HEN D first, then try the downgrader, right?

What do you mean the PSP thinks it's 2.71? System software will still say 'Version 2.71 SE-C'.

Are you on 2.71 or 2.71 SE? If you're on 2.71SE, follow one of these:

To re-install SE. put the SE-C installer along with the DATA.DXAR file into the 'PSP/GAME' folder and launch the program from recovery menu; this will re-install SE-C.

If you want to downgrade to another version, download the generic downgrader from Dark_AleX and place it in the 'PSP/GAME' folder along with the official Sony updater file (named 'UPDATE.PBP') and launch the program from recovery menu; this will downgrade your PSP to whatever firmware version the update file is.

If you're on 2.71, download HEN-D and the generic downgrader from Dark_AleX. Install HEN, and then the downgrader.
To install the downgrader, place the files in the 'PSP/GAME' folder along with the official Sony updater file (named 'UPDATE.PBP') and launch the program from recovery menu; this will downgrade your PSP to whatever firmware version the update file is.

Of course, if you're on 2.71, you could just TIFF downgrade.

I was on SE-B", And now im apparently on 2.71, But i have 3.00 features, but the custom firmware features arent working , EG - ISO's in the game menu , Working homebrew.

Homebrew ENabler, by Dark_AleX. It lets you run homebrew on 2.71, and if you don't have a TA-082, lets you downgrade if you use the Generic Downgrader.

it says in the readme your suppose to update to 3.00 SE from a fresh install of SE-C. im guessing u didn't do that though.

is 3.00 SE any good? i was gonna do it
