i have windows xp pro and when ever i plug my video camera the little windo pops up asking what i want to do i click play and i cliced view folders and evrytime i try and open it it wont let me. the little hour glass goes upside down and then it goes away. how do i fix this problem. thanks i nadvance. oh ya also when ever i put a cd in i have to click on my computer and manually open it how do i have everything popp up instantly. thank you.
