JPIRC and Dreamweaver

I noticed this site uses an irc client called jpirc to allow users to acces its irc chanel, you can see this by clicking the chat link on the navigation menu. I also have tried using this but i am having problems setting it up, it worked at first but now i get ident problems.

If anyone is knolegable about jpirc i would like some help, thanks.

P.S

in dreamweaver i am having problems integrating web pages. i use the following html code, and when i load up page i just get the error message with a blank box... here is the code.
