I know I should really go to a Mobile forum, but it couldn't hurt to ask here.

My freind gave me her old phone (Nokia 6670) because she couldn't get it to work. Thats what I need help with.

Baisicly, the problem is, the phone wont respond to any buttons I press in. It somtimes, bairly works, like some buttons work, but thats about it. I'm pretty sure its firmware related because I tried a keypad from an identical model, and had the same problem.

I have tried the format/restore codes and the green, *, 3 code, but they dont work.

Any help would be great, I'll probly end up bringing it to a dealer, but I might as well try and fix it and save my money first. (and if you can fix it... lets say 10 points?)

Just get the firmware flashed, fixed my old Nokia,

(It will cost about £10)

Really? What was wrong with yours?

EDIT: Never mind, I brought it to a dealer and he flashed it for free!
