Resuming Broken Downloads????

Does anyone know of a program that resumes broken downloads?????

Well, I don't know whats on my comp. but if i start d-loading something and it cancles or breaks etc. if I just clik to download it again my comp picks up where it left off. I got windows XP professional. This dosn't really anwser your question though >.>

Yeah, I use FlashGet, it is in my opinion the best HTTP download manager. For FTP I use FlashFXP and for Bittorrent I use uTorrent.

For diffrent things I use Azures a lot but for the other flashget is good
