so how do i do it? cause some xmb themes only work for 3.03 oe

Make a folder called RECOVERY in the games folder and put the oeflasher there with the dxar file and run it through recovery mode

Theres been alot of threads asking this. I made one myself. You need to download the 3.03 OE-C installer from psp-hacks.com and run it. After that go to the game menu on your psp and click on the 3.03 OE-C update. And you psp will live happlily ever after. Unless you screw something up pretty badly.
