Of course not, they get trojans. 
Heck, I've seen many Macs with viruses before. My neighbor's was infected a while back, and I'll tell you, it ain't easy fixing it!
Why do they have anti-virus programs for Mac if they're supposedly invincible? Like this. Heh.
