Points: 440,654.22 Donate | | | Make a wireless Internet connection faster. On my mac, my internet connection is extremely slow, like painfully slow. Is there any way to make it faster? I am connecting to a 2wire Modem with the wireless support. I am also running OSX Tiger (10.4.8) with the most recent security updates.

Points: 440,654.22 Donate | | | I am on Broadband. It has always been kinda slow, but now I can only load psp3d and well yeah. I would try to load the apple site, but their forums are worthless. The only response I ever get is that macs don't get viruses.
Any way, I restarted my computer and restarted my modem last night. And that made it worse. Just my luck eh? |

Points: 25.65 Donate | | | i guess you might have some program stealing all your speed. try the activity monitor (or what it's called in english) and check what program uses the ost of your connection. |
