I have a SENAO NL-2511CD card and I am using black track 2 final and I start kismet and get my information that i need and then I put the card in monitor mode and

start airodump-ng -w capture -c 6 eth2 starts to capture

then arpreplay -b (AP MAC) -h (Target machine connected to that AP) eth2

The interface MAC (00:00:00:00:00:00) doesn't match the specified MAC (-h).

* Perhaps MAC address filtering is enabled.
* Check that the BSSID (-a option) is correct.
* Try to change the number of packets (-o option).
* The driver hasn't been patched for injection.

* Injection is not supported AT ALL on HermesI,
Centrino, ndiswrapper and a few others chipsets.
* You're too far from the AP. Get closer, or lower
the transmit rate (iwconfig <iface> rate 1M).

I should be getting a jump in the DATA but i get notthing.... dose anyone know why I was readin thought the FAQ on Aircrack-ng and found this

First step, make sure you aren’t using the orinoco driver. If the interface name is wlan0, then the driver is HostAP or wlan-ng. However if the interface name is eth0 or eth1, then the driver is orinoco and you must disable the driver (use cardctl ident to know you card identifier, then edit /etc/pcmcia/config, replace orinoco_cs with hostap_cs and restart cardmgr).

I am using Orinoco driver what do I need to do to fix this problem ... i see the steps but is this really all i need to do or do i need a peek driver.... or something also i have a Prism2 chipset do i need to flash it ...

Well I been trying to get the WEP cracking down and I been seen that I need to Flash my card because the firmware I have is not allowing me to inject packets this is from the Aircrack site First step, make sure you aren’t using the ( orinoco driver which is what I am using). Do I need to just go in a edit the(replace orinoco_cs with hostap_cs and restart cardmgr)

or do I need to flash the card will get me the right firmwares and in return I will not be using the Orinoco driver and it will allow me to inject packets and all I need.....

IF I DO NEED TO FLASH THEN

I knew Aircrack-ng got a tutorial and I was trying to understand it ...

I put my card in and Start up WinUpdate and the program finds my card its a SENAO NL-2511CD EXT2 Prism 2.5 Wireless Card but then the program sees it comes up as Opened: Red Inalambrica Local 802.11b WLAN PC Card

Then when it saying Pick the right primary and station firmware files. It is safest if you upgrade the companion versions of them together. Some times it is OK to just upgrade station firmware.

then it goses on to

4.Click “Continue”. It reports current chip information, including current firmware versions, and gives you a chance to cancel. Double-confirm. If it says platform mismatches, most likely you picked the wrong hex files.
5.
Click “Upgrade”. That is it.
