abs

hiya lads ive been thinking bou this 4 a while now and ive decided i want abs. ever since my rugby season stopd i havent been getting much xcercise apart from chin-ups and going out(wana lose me belly lol) i know getting abs will take some amount of time so i want to no if any of you can offer me useful tips on an excercise scheadual or sumting tanx lads wb

Do like 100 sit ups like everyday or every other day. And do regular sit ups, 100 left to right sit ups, and do some running around.

Yeah I need to get back in shape too. I haven't done anything all winter and I got alittle bit of a gut. I used to go to the fitness room at school but now I graduated so I can't anymore.

Yea me also have to get fit. I am goin camp this summer so hopeful I will lose some weight then. Ever since I stopped playin sports, I have been getting a bit of a gut also.

I wouldn't say I'm buff, but when I was on swim team, I was really in shape. You might what to try that since it works out both your upper body and your lower body.

its 100 sit ups evryday im tinkin o increasin it ta 150 yano! ders no swimmin pool round here so no chance o joinin swimm team!

When your watching tv or whatever, lay down on your back and lift your legs, 20-40cm off the ground for as long as you can. Your abs should tense as they support your legs. Definatly not as effective as sit-ups but it makes it easier to watch tv or somthin.
