Points: 0.01 Donate | | | Do like 100 sit ups like everyday or every other day. And do regular sit ups, 100 left to right sit ups, and do some running around. |

Points: 26.90 Donate | | | I wouldn't say I'm buff, but when I was on swim team, I was really in shape. You might what to try that since it works out both your upper body and your lower body.

Points: 2.75 Donate | | When your watching tv or whatever, lay down on your back and lift your legs, 20-40cm off the ground for as long as you can. Your abs should tense as they support your legs. Definatly not as effective as sit-ups but it makes it easier to watch tv or somthin.
