Points: 49.75 Donate | | | sony pissed me off the most with the giga pack....i mean, i got my psp the day it came out in US, and then 7 months later they add a whole load of shit to the package for 50 dollars. damn you sony, u should sell a package without the psp for ppl like me who want a stand and a gig mem stick for 50 dollars.

Points: 0.53 Donate | | | There is not going to be a DOWNGRADER. The GTA exploit does not have access to the flash so there can't be a downgrader. The only hope is Homebrew on 2.5 and maybe 2.6. ALso the web browser started w/ 2.0 so there was no need to go to 2.5

Still won't run anything yet  . but from what i've read around the net, is that it will probably be cracked before 2.6. >.< he just had to play Raw VS. Smackdown (which forced upgrade 2.5), his psp WAS at 2.0 /cry |

I got a PSP 1.52 for Christmas from my girlfriend. I'm really new to this. Accdg. to my GF, she read somewhere that the PSP was the device of the year (2005) so she got me one... Anyway, I don't understand all the fuss in downloading homebrew software for the PSP. What can it do? Won't it damage the PSP? Sorry for the ignorance.
I read somewhere that with the 2.0 upgrade, you get a web browse... now that's something I can use. Is there a homebrew browser for the 1.52 I can download?

Points: 0.24 Donate | | | You can use a firmware launcher on 1.50 to use the 2.00 browser. With homebrew you can do things like install new OSs, use ISOs (illegal), play homebrew games and more.
