It says I have no Audio Output Device installed, but I cannot figure out how to install it ><. As for drivers, there are not that I have found that work. Can someone please help me fix this problem?
My laptop is a Compaq Presario V5000, if that helps |

Let's give it a try anyway: Go to control panel, administrative tools and computer management. If you see something with this figure "?" in yellow, right-click it and look for something that tries to find drivers.
If it doesn't help, i'll be trying to find drivers and then you try to install them...
Good luck
EDIT: And yes, the computer name helps alot!
According to the site, there are 2 V5000. V5000 and V5000T I think. Try this link and go for audio drivers. It should work nicely since t's from the oficial site. Link

I remember my old laptop had about ten missing drivers every time I reinstalled XP. Now I have my Presario F500 FTW! |
