The book is about al lot of things really. Namley the human race and space exploration. I hav'nt read that much yet.

ive posted something like this before

and what i now beleive is that there is no death, just different stages of life
when we die, we are put in to a different astral plane to move along in, continuing life, the higher up you go, the further in the universe you can explore

there may be life on mars or any other planet, but if they are on a different astral plane then us, we can not see them consciously

you can explore the astral planes through lucid dreaming or heavy drug use

Any way back on topic when ever I think of stuff like this, it gives me a headache. Just comparing the size of the Earth to the Sun does it to me. yeah i have once, when i would constantly try lucid dreaming

i didnt explore everything that there was to explore
the problem is when you are dreaming and force urself to realize ur dreaming is when you can take yourself anywhere

but when you realize you're dreaming, you have to constantly remind yourself, or else you will forget and your original dream takes over.

Usually the only time I realize im in a dream is when im 1,000 feet under water banging on the window of the car. Three seconds after I realise I'm dreaming I wake up gasping for breath!!

you can do that thing where you visualize you astral body coming out and it does right? or is that just OBEs?

if you want to do that i think its called astral projecting, as you are projecting youself out of your body in to the astral planes

and it helps when you have just slept for about 5 hours and have been awake for at least 30 minutes, an hour is better

and you lay back down and dont move, not even your tongue
concentrate on your breathing and feel from ur feet to ur head becoming warm and as you do this you will twitch some, dont move
soon you will feel like you can not breathe, this is what happens everytime you go to sleep so dont worry, keep focused on not breathing and dont let yourself slip in to a dream, its easy to forget what your doing and start dreaming

keep your eyes closed and dont move at all and when you feel you are asleep, imagine yourself being drawn from your body, then you should be able to see yourself laying in your bed, and do whatever you want, close your astral eyes and imagine a place, wen you open them you will be there
