the problem with that tho
is if u die in a dream, u die in real life, so u have to learn how to wake yourself up

and also wen u realize that you are dreaming, its hard to actually convince yourself you are, so ur afraid to do tings like shoot people, like one time i wanted to fly but was afraid to jump ou tmy window in case i really wasnt dreaming

and the way that worked for me to tell if i was dreaming, throughout the day make it a habbit to hold your nose and see if u can breathe in through it
if u can breathe in through your nose while your holding it closed, you are asleep

i used to do it randomly during the day, and in my dreams would randomly do it too, and realize i was dreaming(but not always beleive i was)

and u also have to remember your dreams, or else how will u no if uve had a lucid dream or not?
if u want to be able to start remembering your dreams, as soon as you wake up in the morning, keep a journal and pen next to u so as soon as u wake up u can write down what u remember from the dream, because u usally forget it within minutes

after a few weeks of doing that you will remember dreams more and better
