Talking Galaxy made from Javascript
^_^ Hey, I don't know if anyone here has messed around with javascript, but I just finished a neat little side project that I wanna share...

It is a simplified model of the galaxy, composed of a random number of planets, with random numbers of people. As time goes on, they marry, have kids, die, and so forth...

Here is version 2 of my project:

Any opinions? Feel free to copy any bits you want yourself, I am especially proud of the name generator.

Sorry about that. I am using CSS and so forth, developed it on Firefox 2.0.0.10...

O.o It did work on a couple of other ones though... if anyone has any debug ideas, I would love to listen to em.

I rebuilt the random name generator!
It embeds all the functions it needs to work, and it has roughly the same probability of picking english letters as they occur in the human language...

^_^ Feel free to copy it anywhere, its pretty portable.. not sure what happens when you set min name length and max name length equal though.

I built this on Ubuntu's firefox browser, don't know if that matters...

Ok so I tested this in Safari (Mac, real old version) and it works perfectly fine. Nice work aceoffire!

I added in a bit more information on screen (Such as highest and lowest stats), and added a Top button to all planets.

I am going to sleep now. If anyone comes up with ideas or things to fix, let me know.
