Wii Game-Save Exploit released!

the zelda game-save exploit for the wii is finally released! however as far as i can tell, it doesnt do much but display some text on the screen, but it great news. it works with these versions:
  • RVL-RZDP-0A-0 JPN
  • RVL-RZDE-0A-0 JPN
unfortunately, it supposedly doesnt work with the RVL-RZDE-0A-2 USA version of the game(the one i have) =(

NOTE: to find your game's version, look at the silver side of your disk. you'll find it

I am forseeing many creative homebrew apps for the Wii. Now I really want one. I wish some one would hack the 360 with out risking getting banned from Xbox Live or voiding my warrenty. I nice easy way to hack it like the PSP would be real nice. But this is major news, and rumor has it that a PS3 hack is in the works too. I don't know to much on it, but as soon as I know I will let all of you know.

Yea, this is definitely a good starting point for the Wii. Considering the starting point of the PSP hacks were the hello world text display. Which at the time was the only that was running. Now be4 you kno it there will be a HB Tetris for the Wii built.

Do you think we will see some familiar names on the Wii scene such as Freeplay, Fanjita, or even Dark_AleX.

doubt that we'll see some psp guys there (but you never know), however there's already a few prominant hombrewers in the wii scene already. (like some guy from the gamecube community and brushing, and his crew)

and update: this now works with RVL-RZDE-0A-2-USA version of the game.

I didn't know you could hack a Gamecube.

And I want a Wii even more now just because of this I don't have any money for it right now. I am getting ready to buy a new tv (this one if you wanna see) and it was my girlfriend's bday yesterday and her present costs a lot of money so yeah, gotta hold off on the Wii. It's ok though because I can wait.
