hey you guys, the phone calls not gonna work. if you did have a forgotten password on there, you just select Reset Default Settings or whatever it is. that will erase the password. talk about high security lol

lol, well...worth a try I guess. Man like a kid whos parents set that password on couldn't figure that out. And where is this kid gonna find the time / money to buy a M rated game then bring it home to their PSP to find out that it is password protected lol. Stupid Sony.

On a lighter note though, there might be a was to exploit this reset to work with a lower firmware, eh? Like when it boots up with the options - Like mine just did when I reset it to defaut - to trick it into installing 1.5?

lol could be. maybe we should try another h.bin thing when it resets.
and am i doing something wrong? i keep trying to get to the ground position, but it wont reset. does the psp have to be off? on a flat surface? what?

Question

I get the same 'ground' problem.

I found something out though when I reset it to the factory setting. The network connections information that you save, isn't save to your memory stick, its saved internally in the psp somewhere. Maybe, this can be exploited??
