In the terms & conditions, it says that they can download and install stuff without you knowing, and can cause "loss of data". They also mentioned anti-piracy measures regarding games. I can see someone signing into PSN, a sony bot establishing a connection without that persons consent, and deleting anything that may be pirated. WTF Sony, I'm not updating.
EDIT: They can also obtain hardware and software information for various things, and I believe one was "rule enforcement". Thanks for all the f*cking privacy, $ony.

Points: 4.05 Donate | | | Yeah, even though the hardware/software info is anonymous, the installing thing pulled me away. The "may loss of data" bit is worded in a way that it would sound like Sony is just being careful legal-wise with files being overwritten, but I still don't trust them, after everything they've done.
