well there is no "decryptor" that u r blaabing about then. the only one i can find on google is this one i have just got from psp-hacks
u posted it why wont u tell us where u found it?

nots its to decrypt an eboot file.mayb some1 can use this to our advantage
hkseo100 this is the only eboot decryptor out there.i duno wat u were on about or u tryin 2 be popular?
