I need some help. I found a amateur american football club in my city. But im just a noob in american football i never played it. I saw some games on the internet from the amsterdam admirals. But i dont understand the rules of american football and i want to play it becouse i think it is verry fun. I am no agresive person but when im going crazy on the field i dont know what is gonna happen. I want to play the game but i dont know the rules.
Could sombody tell me the rules of american football haha  damn im noob

Points: 49.69 Donate | | | yea, american football is awesome, highly recommend it......rules arent too hard, after u play the game. its one of those games that its better to learn the rules by playing, rather than being told.

Points: 0.48 Donate | | it depends on which side of the ball you want to play on. What position you want to play and everything. Fun postitions to play are line backer, fullback and d-line my opinion those are the most fun to play. There are far too many rules but the basics are 4 plays every ten yards no advance in those plays other team gets the ball. I'll find you a list of all the rules.
Just found this hope this may help a little with the positions.

Ohh and btw dont try to take the guy down by the face mask 15 yard penalty if it seems on purpose 5 if it was accident. |

Because of the strength in youre legs if you go to the gym try quatting a little find youre max. Benchpress doesnt really help with football skills it just shows youre he-manliness ts ahhh look at meee i can bench 400 pnds |
