Angry Problem: Disc could not be read??

Hi
anyone got that msg from there psp "The disc could not be read"? I try reinserting the disc many times, switch on/off, wait 5hr in case of moisture, try different disc but in vain it still not reading any disc. I just bought that psp 2 weeks ago. Is there any solution to that or is it the lens? I don`t have any homebrew or emulators on it(v2.01).
any help or advice is appreciated thx
