Points: 68.57 Donate | | | well i bought it from a seller on amazon and im pretty sure its my fault anyways. I've purchased a memory stick reader from ebay (1p plus p+p) and im hoping that will work, otherwise thats £90 down the drain for the memory card.. grr |

If you have a card reader in your pc stick you memorystick into you pc and format it there. So do not format you memstick trough your psp it wont work. just insert it in youw memcardreader in your pc and format.
when your done do the format again in you psp. There you go problem solved

Points: 68.57 Donate | | | thanx for all the help guys, specially the offers from sponge and super. I've bought a memory stick reader to try to see if i can access it. I have a 32 meg as well but this was a 2gig and i dont wanna give up on it yet. |

If you can't format that way then you are out of luck. But I don't think your PSP is busted.

It sounds like you pulled out the mem stick while the PSP was trying to access it (read/write). Do not do that. If that is the case it may be gone for good  .
