| | Member | | Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Texas Age: 18 | | | Need help with pc parts i am trying to upgrade my computer and i need help finding a real good deal i want at least a 3.0 ghz intel hyper threading cpu and a compatible motherboard for around 250$ can anyone help(the mobo needs to be pc2700 compatible) i have a amd athlon 2600 xp and it runs at 1.92 gigaherz and i want to overclock it need help and i have 1x 256 and 1x 512 ram.

I should buy a 3.2 if i was u if 3.6 is to expensive.
And place a minimum of 512 DDR memory in it

| | | | good luck trying to find both a mobo and a CPU for 300 ... im using an asus and its ok try Newegg.com or tigerdirect.com for parts they have the best prices ive found online and they are quick and reliable.. they also have the 1 gig MS pro duo for 67 bucks |
