| | Member | | | | | Parkour AKA Free running Hey people, i was just wondering wether any of you do or have even heard of parkour. Basically it origonated in france origonated in france (le parkour) when 2 teenagers decided to play a game of dare to do stunts etc and it evolved into their own discipline/ sport, and this is called free running to to most other people, u find the most fluent and show off type way of moving from A to B. It really good fun, keeps u very fit and u meet alot of friendly people to train with in the proccess... i think many of u wud enjoy doing it...
o btw, people who have only jsut found out about this and if u watch n e other videos, flips are not part of parkour, they are an extra thing people do with it... One of the two founders David Belle in Action
and
the other is Sebastien Foucan - strongly reccomend downloading a video, this guy is awesome
(please remember these 2 have had 16 years of training, it took that long to get to those dangerous levels, please start with the very basics and work up, i've been doing it a year and its so good)

| | Member | | | | | yeh they do adverts for alot of companys, that will most likely have been to pro team called Urban Freeflow, they've been all over the world doing it... (non of em are better than david and sebastien though, but UF do alot more publicity related things), if u wanna start go ahead its great! Go on urbanfreeflow, check the forums on local action (further down the page) and see if ur area/ city is there, arrange a date to meet up to train, and get going! O btw the universal day for main training seems to be saturdays lol dunno why, it just is lol
if u want, wen i get some more recent footage ill put up a video of me doing some with my group, a little teaser as to what i can do is in my sig
