I downloaded the new Star Wars: Empire at war demo for the Pc and i've been having a problem that it freezes at the 'empire at war' logo page and then shuts its self down. There have been a few people having this problem so has any1 had it here and solved it? Thanx.

its prob your video card or its drivers try updating them

yup tried that. I have also tried running it through '3d analyze' which will emulate certain functions (such as hw t&l) but no luck so far.. a lot of people seem to be having this problem but no-one seems to have come up with a solution.

i used to have this problem with battlefront 2 demo and i had to switch down to agp 4x to get it to run. pretty wierd

Hmm.. that is wierd. I've heard of a lot of people though who have got the requirements to run it but come up with this error, maybe its a problem with the demo its self. Damn you LucasArts! releasing a buggy demo!
