Here is what I was THINKING of doing. Costco has a PSP pack for like 319$. And they have a very easy going return policy. I've heard once a person returned a big screen high def plasma TV after 6 months of use because he did not want it anymore. So I was thinking of buying one (checking the letter on the package to get a low firmware version, I saw a C today), and returning my higher version firm ware and keep the lower one. They have a item number sticker on the box, but you could eaisly peel that and put it on the box with the higher firmware if you want to box to math you PSP.

Yes that is true costco's return ploicy is awesome. I usually keep my digi cam for about 10months then return it to costco and get a new one they dont care also you can return the memory cards if there a different type.
