Points: 1.36 Donate | | | you need the eboot loader to run the emulator if you have firmware 2.01 or higher
you also need gta to do that.
if your on 2.0 or 1.5 then all you need is the emulator and the roms
and you get froms from all over the place, the above link for example

the emulators can be found on www.fanjita.org
you might be better off getting a homebrew pack which someone's put together which has the emulators and some roms
normally you'd put the roms in the psp\game\emulatorname\ folder
