Exclamation HELP CENTRE TOPIC

i was thinking about a help centre topic so that all people who have a question about something can post THERE instead of posting at anouncements

thisway nobody gets irritated and people who want to help can answer there questions, AND this way there will be no flaming and threads of a 100 pages

THIS CAN BE A TOPIC FOR NOOBS AND FOR EXPERTS

what do you guys think about it ???
