Try doing the 'Safe Mode' transformation process Sin. I found that i had a heap of f*k ups with Vista Transformation Pack (even v11, the newest one) but i recently reinstalled windows and everything went fine
Anyway, here is the Vista Tranformation Pack on my PC at it's prime
. I personally don't use the sidebar or Glass2k (easily enabled/disabled); too useless for me.

I have hacked my own copy of Windows XP (completely legal) to have the Tranformation pack preinstalled (as well as a whole lot of extra tweaks and programs, and unneccesary services removed); and all references to the text "Windows XP" is changed to "Windows XP - Anarchy Warez Vista Edition" (except for registry and internals and the such for compatibility reasons). Note that Anarchy Warez is ME (you might see some RARE..... 'material' deep on the web produced by myself
