Ok i downloaded a movie that is in rar file parts but i cant open them? How do i join them and shitt??? |

download win rar
install win rar
then right click on the .rar file and go 'extract' then yeah, exctract it.
it will automatically move onto the next piece in the archive

MOVIES.RAR
MOVIES.R01
MOVIES.R02
...etc
OR
MOVIES.PART1.RAR
MOVIES.PART2.RAR
.....etc
EDIT: Run a scandisk. BAD BLOCK on WinRAR usually means u have a bad sector on ur harddisk (NOT GOOD!!!). Or, if ur extracting from a CD, then the CD is damaged. But that usually gives a 'cyclic error' or similar message; so i'm assuming UR HDD IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION! Keep ur harddrive in GOOD STATE with regular professional defrags (i have some great software if u want it), and running an NTFS partition with regular scandisks. Oh - and DONT FORCE UR PC TO TURN OFF. Always shutdown!
EDIT (2): Do u run XP? Or Windows 98? Or 2000?

| | | | If you downloaded this film from newsgroups or p2p (peer to peer eg. emule bittorrent etc.) then there maybe a group of recovery files with an extension of .PAR, these can be used to repair your corresponding movie archives, if there are any download quickpar (google it, its on top of the results), this will patch all the damaged archives (in laymans terms).
