Dude.....so...they stole your psp huh? Well, You werent supposed to have it there in the first place!!!!! The school is not responsible for it. As for charging someone for it, are you sure that guy took it? Are you sure he knows? You can't sue someone for something they didnt do or for not letting out info they dont know. If the guy had been going through my backpack all those times, I would have threatened his ass and if he did it again, i would have laid his ass out on the ground. But in your case, you should have talked to someone about the problem before hand.......but...WHAT THE HELL WAS IT DOING IN YOUR BACKPACK?!!! I take mine to school, but it stays in my pocket. IN MY POCKET. I make sure I have it in my hands or pockets at all times.

But the main point im trying to make is, it's your fault, you have no proof that any of them took (even though logically,they are the only ones that could have possibly taken it) so that means that you can sue no one for taking it (unless you have proof they without a doubt took it) or sue someone for info they might not have. its a waste of time. You will spend more money suing someone to get your 300 dollar psp back than letting it go and paying another 300 for a new one.

Apologies, Guys, I'm sorry I was being a bitch lately, and being an asshole racist, and other stuff, I just want to forget about it, I just pretend that its bricked, Its my fault in the first place, ppl are right, I shouldn't have bring it to school, sorry guys, I was just being too mad lately, cause the PSP i bought, my uncle gave the money to me and stuff, and i bought it in Korea, i dont even get to talk to him anymore, and hes going to get a divorce, i have a lot of trouble in mind now, sorry guys, probably you will still see me around in psp3d helping other ppl out, but its probably going to be the deadend for me to find the PSP i lost, or even get a new one. <I did alert like 60 of my friends to get an eye out for a Clear PSP, cause no one else has it in my school>
