Somethign is wrong with my 2.5 psp

Ok well i turn on my psp and the background is black, i change the background and then turn of my psp and turn it back on and it goes back to blackk. What do i doo????
Im uploading a video of it in action so just hold on a little.

O and i was messing aroudn with fileasistant ealier so maybe thats y??Im not sure.

have you tried taken the battery out for 10 mins then turning the psp back on, usaually that helps

Tried the battery thing didnt work is there anythign else i couod do. The video is still uploading. Stupid youtube.

If I were you I would back up my memory stick and delete everything and upgrade to fw 2.6

now thats not a good idea BigMess!

1) the walpaper does not get saved on the memstick but in flash1:/vsh/theme..
2) seens that more and more exploits are being made on 2.5...

my gues is you made the registry file read only ???

not saving the changes use fileassistant to goto flash1:/registry and check that there is no read only attributes on system.dreg

also you could do a factory defaults restore ("unders system")
