R U waiting for PS3? | yes spec wise the ps3 is indeed more powerful but the cell arch the ps3 was built on isnt very developer friendly much like the ps2. hell the devs are just now starting to understand how to make games run well on the system.
the xbox 360 on the other hand though with less power is built very similar to a computer. the original xbox was created the same way. now with that in mind it is way easier to design a game on a platform that has been used and built on for years.
but i dont think the specs really matter to you, you might be like everyone else and be a graphics whore "oooh better specs dude the graphics have a gotta kick ass on it".....yeah what ever. what good is power if the devs or sony for that matter have any clue how to make use of the system.
oh and to all the people that are whinning about the xbox 360 locking up. its not a hardware issue! its an issue of people sticking the xbox in confined places and not standing the xbox upright the way it was designed to be. the power supply has to breathe people, if you cover vents and fans it will over heat.

Obviously the pople at microsoft wernt thinking "well maybe no one will lie the thing sideways, that way we can lazy". If your going to make a console and not have it able to run properly when its horizontal or vertical, its a rush job. And dont talk about the power supply breathing, all the other systems that lie down have been fine. |

But also because they REALLY rushed the system so it could be released be4 christmas. ps3 will also have WAY more capabilities. | dispite what i heard and read about the xbox 360 (about how it crashes all the time) i went ahead and bought one, and i haven't quit playing it since (since it came out) and i havnt had any problems with it at all, and honstly in terms of system's and which SHOULD be better, ps3 should be a lot better, considering it's sony's 3rd console, and xbox 360 is only it's seconed, and i also doubt that ps3 will have a better user-friendly interface, the OS on it is awsome.
