right click on my computer, go to properties, then hardware, then hardware manager, go down till you see the 'universal serial bus controllers' right click on them an uninstall them, then restart'n'see how you go

and or plug in ur psp, go into the same place, find the device, then yeah, un install it, reboot'n'let it find it again
