and for you birdman1, you need an external ip if you are going to download the content from anywhere around the world. If you already downloaded one of the three things from his website, you can check your external ip in Hfs. Go to "Menu" at the top, go to "Ip address" and then click on "find external address". That should do it for ya.
I also suggest that you do make the dynamic dns that he suggests on his site. Get one at no-ip.com. I think you can see your external IP there too.
