Black & White / Pixel Shader

Ok... this isnt related to the PSP... but im counting on you guys... Has anyone try'd to play Black & White 2... and has gotten the error of a pixel 1.1 shader needed? I use an ATI radeon 7K... and does anyone know how to get atleast 1.1 pixel shader for it or to get past it to use B&W2 ? i loved the original and want to play the new one! any help is welcomed !!
