I think so!
A few notes:
This is only a .jpg format of the menu. To use the image in DaedalusPSP, you will need the .raw format image. If anyone wants it, I'll upload it.
The menu may appear very dark on a computer monitor. This is due to having to use .raw format. The menu displays very well on the PSP.
Constructive criticism is always welcome!
