Conformity a possibilty?

hey.,. i'm not sure if this idea came across the table yet, but, instead of fighting and fighting to exploit/downgrade the firmware, isnt there a way to conform to it and build around it? Like, I dont know if that is what they did with the PONG game when 2.00 came out, but maybe experienced homebrew developers can build around the 2.00+ fw... Or is Sony that evil that they made it impossible to do so, thus the struggle?

what do you mean work around it? like running stuff without going through the fw? hmm.. sony probably patched it (HATE 'EM!!), but maye theres still a hole...

That bug fix was probably only vernerable for 2.0 and lower. I think they patched that.
