There are other things out there, but with a lot of hard work and exploits gone into the PSP, I don't people will be switching consoles any moment now. It's now very easy to put homebrew creations onto a memorystick and run it now.

Not only that, but lots of people have a PSP. Maybe not as much as a DS, but not many people wanna buy that SD card do they?

1st, you need to structure your sentences better.

2nd, there arent any other portable consoles i know of that have the capabilites and freedom to make homebrew on the PSP is a very widely known console... if you know a console that truely does have more freedom and reputation as the PSP then please, let me know... and NO not the DS... its good but we all know the homebrew cant compare.

Not so widely known though.

Yes, good point you have there. Not many people would be happy when they buy a fairly expensive PSP, to find that everyone moved onto other things.

Comments about the PSP being "dead" aren't helpful, and they certainly aren't going to encourage people to become "the next big programmer or w/e." Don't bash the development community by acting as if we're doing nothing. It really makes us feel unappreciated.
