I've followed all of the instructions, but whenever I try to access any page in the site, I get a 403 Forbidden message. I can't access the install.php, and I have set up the permissions for the config.php correctly, but I always get this error. Does anybody know what's going on? I'm willing to create a new FTP account, so you can take a look at it if you're interested.
What I'm using:
Browser: IE 7 Beta 2
FTP Client: SmartFTP Client
Host: AwardSpace
phpBB Version: 2.0.20 |

if you read the readme it has a guide on what folders etc to change
