Magazine

hey does psp3d have a mag. If not I am looking for a forum to make a magazine with. My forum I just got from a freind is P S P S C R E E N. I would make one by my self but 1. I have no Compiling Program(as on photoshop) 2. I have noone to help me out. And The Motec wouldn't join up. So whats up Hey admin you can talk to me. If someone want to make a mag my email is jerrod69@hotmail.com I need staff and I need a name. Anywhere i get people from i will have in the issue so hwo abnout it.
