I got suspended from school for taking mine there so im stayin away from them. try selling it on ebay as a "toy" or just advertise it as just the box gun not included sure they wont close the auction down if you do that.
then obviously send the gun at an agreed price, just incase u thinkin WTF |

You dont even need to do that if u keep it at home...
The police would shoot you down because they would think its reall (but then who would point a bb gun at police?)
