But seriously it's not that great... KIDDING! a 6mb MP3 takes about 4 seconds lol
And to top it off, i have so much storage space, i couldn't fill it even if i tried! i have an Alienware ALX desktop, with an internal 320GB hard-drive, an external 60GB Hard-drive and about 15 1GB USB storage sticks (i get them free lol)... Oh yes, and two GMAIL accounts which i use for strorage.....
Relax though everybody, i share it with four different people, so it's not that much if you think about it. Use Gmail for storage- it's really good! go here: http://viksoe.dk/code/gmail.htm |

Points: 215.27 Donate | | lol it's weird, how you don't notice how slow dial-up is, until you have broadband. I used to have NTL 56k, and i used to sit there watching PSP3D slowly come to life, it took about 7 minutes to load the homepage lol Quote: |

Points: 30.04 Donate | | | At home, I have about .5-1 mb. But at UCSD (where I now live) I've gotten up to 20 or so mb/sec. I've found that my two main limiters are the server I'm downloading from and how many other people are using the net on campus (my dorm biulding all share one line in). It was interesting because at the beggening of the year, some people were using limewire and I would get 2 mb/sec, but then they got busted and my useable bandwidth skyrocked.
