Yeah I got a new slimline v14 GH-041 and today my DMS4 SE Lit came through the post but the tip on my soldering iron is to big so tommorrow I am getting a new soldering iron with a 0.1mm tip so I can fit that motherfucker of a mod-chip in. The points I have to solder on are like 1mm X 2mm (fucking tiny, could even be less than that) and hopefully tommorow I will get the iron and that chip will be going like my DMS4 EZI in my last PS2.

What are you guys doin with your Ps2's? No one i know have ever had any problems with their console, except one and he's a little retarded so i think he kinda threw it around whenever he lost in a game. anyways, my four year old Ps2(the old thick one oc.) is still goin' strong after at least thousand hours of gameplay. Maybe Norwegain(HEIA NORGE!!!) Ps2s is better than those foreign ones ^^

Ive had the same problem with my ps2's too. The first one i got my lil couzin tripped on the controller wire and and fell onto some tile and never read another disc. The 2nd one i got was doing pretty good until recently tried everything and couldnt get it to work. So, just decided to wait it out for a ps3 or 360.

I was installing my new mod-chip everthing was going great, then on the last point on the mod-chip I pulled the pad off . I will have to get a new mod-chip but it is good the ps2 isn't damaged but my impatience fucked up the mod-chip I feel like a right wanker at the moment.
