Or, there's Toplang File lock, which i use, and i love it. Really easy to use, secure, and reliable. http://www.toplang.com/filelock.htm
They are both shareware, but there are cracks. However, because i am SO against piracy, i am going to leave you in the dark with that.
I suggest buying File lock, as i did, because it's simply awesome, and i would hate to see it's developers shut down because of Piracy, the same way i would with any program.
