Well i found this cool little trick to rename your ''Start'' Button text to whatever you want and i thought you guy might wanna know how.
Ok first up, You need a programme called resource hacker, You can get it Here:
http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/
Now you need to goto: C:\WINDOWS and find ''Explorer.exe''
COPY It to somewhere like your documents. DO MOVE ORIGINAL EXPLORER.
Now, Open res hacker and goto: File, Open and navigate to where you copied ''Explorer.exe'' (Make sure you dont open the ORIGINAL explorer)
When opened you should see lots of folders to the left, Navigate to ''String table'' and then ''37'' then ''1033''.
Ok so now to the right there should be some text. Where it says ''start'' change that to what you want the start text changed to, Now press compile script.
Next you have to ''save as'' (remember to save over your COPIED explorer) Save it as something like ''explorerhacked.exe'' DONT FORGET TO SAVE IT AS .EXE OR IT WONT WORK. Now put that file in the System32 folder.
Now you can exit res hacker.
Ok next up we have to change the registry setting.... Goto Start, Run and type regedit.
Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS NT/CURRENTVERSION/WINLOGON
Now we have to change the ''Shell'' key (Look to the right) double click it and change it to what you named the explorer file (remember to put .exe)
Now log off and back on and it should be changed!

(if not reset)
If you have problems like the task bar not loading the just ctrl+alt+del new task and type regedit and change the shell back to explorer.exe and reset.
