Umm i need some help from someone good with hard drives. So i got a new hard drive cuz i sent my other new one back to new egg cuz i thought it was defective because it would only boot windows once and a great while but it would but in safe mode just fine. When it wouldn't boot it would get stuck on the windows loading screen and i would know that it was stuck because the hard drive made a little noise like it was stopping or something. Now that i got my new hard drive i copied the partition over from my other hard drive and i booted the new hard drive up and it booted up just fine after it did a consistency check. Then when it booted it asked me to restart and i did then it got stuck on the windows loading screen just like the old one did. I think it might be the power pack not giving it enough Volts or something. If anyone knows of anything else tell me. I have a 450 watt power pack but maybe its on the lower setting. Is there a way to change the wattage on a power pack. This is a Western Digital Raptor 10,000 rpm by the way if that helps at all.

Did i saw it works fine in safe mode? well i'll say it again i can boot fine in safe mode.

Its the partition. Install a new copy of Windows or try a Linux dist.

yea thats what it was lead factor.. i repaired though instead but now it boots fine.

by the way lead factor y do u still use karnage shell we now have a downgrader for 1.5 no need for that.
